Required Documents:
• Completed Application Form
• Most Recent P60(s) or up to date set of accounts (if self-employed) *
• 2 recent consecutive payslips *
• Completed salary certificate(s) *
• Photo ID (passport or drivers licence) and a utility bill (x2 if joint application)
• 3 Months current account statements (unfortunately internet prints are unacceptable)
• If re-financing, include most recent mortgage statement
• Statements of Savings
• Statements of existing borrowings (if applicable)
* In the case of the self-employed, these items should be replaced by the most recent Audited Accounts and a letter from your Accountant stating that your Tax Affairs are up to date.
